Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) took possession of the goods.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned them – whichever is earlier.
Return of Goods
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 30 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal.
You are responsible for the direct return shipping costs, unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrect.
Products must be returned in original condition, unworn and unwashed.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Products made to your specifications or clearly personalized (e.g. custom prints)

Limited edition items and drops that were marked as non-returnable

Sealed items that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed
