1. Shipping Regions
We ship worldwide.
Orders are shipped from our studio in Düsseldorf, Germany.
2. Shipping Costs

Free shipping within Germany for orders over €100
All shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment.
3. Delivery Times
We do our best to ship orders within 2–5 business days after payment is received.
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

Please note: During product launches, holidays or high-demand periods, slight delays may occur.
4. Shipping Carrier & Tracking
All orders are shipped with reliable partners such as DHL.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number, so you can follow your package in real time.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For non-EU countries, customs duties or import taxes may apply.
These costs are the responsibility of the customer and depend on your country's regulations.
6. Shipping to Packstations (Germany only)
Yes, we ship to DHL Packstations within Germany.
Please ensure that you correctly provide your Post number and Packstation number during checkout.
7. Undeliverable Packages / Wrong Address
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it was not picked up, we will contact you.
Re-shipping is only possible after additional shipping fees are paid.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives visibly damaged or gets lost in transit, please contact us immediately at:
