These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made via our website www.rightcallstudios.com and govern the relationship between you, the customer, and us, Right Call Studios.
By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Your order constitutes a binding offer. A contract is only concluded once we confirm the order or ship the goods.
The contract language is English. The applicable law is that of the Federal Republic of Germany.
4. Prices & Payment
All prices are in Euro (€) and include no VAT due to our small business status under § 19 UStG.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship from Germany.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU customers only)
If you are an EU resident, you have the legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

7. Returns
You may return products within 14 days of receipt.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Return costs are to be paid by the customer unless the item is faulty.
We do not accept returns on limited drops or custom items unless defective.

8. Product Availability & Descriptions
We do our best to present products as accurately as possible. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on screen settings.
Limited products may sell out quickly and are subject to availability.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, including logos, designs, images, and text, is property of Right Call Studios and may not be copied or used without permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are only liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intent. For minor negligence, we are liable only for foreseeable damages and only in case of breach of essential contractual obligations.

Your personal data is handled in accordance with GDPR (EU).

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, excluding the CISG.
For consumers within the EU, local mandatory consumer protection laws apply.

If any part of these Terms becomes invalid, the rest remains unaffected.
We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. The version at the time of order applies.
